Very reasonably priced and very personable. Do a great job with the customer service. I had some work done here recently and not long after it was finished there was an issue with a clamp failing in the area they had been working. They took responsibility right away, got me in the next day, and dedicated a technician to only my car to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Running great now.

Took my car to Parney's Car Care for an oil change and service work. After doing what I had requested the mechanic, Curtis, came out and asked me a few questions about whether I had noticed anything different with the vehicle. I was stumped. He could tell I wasn't getting the question. He asked me if I had noticed a specific way the car was handling I had no idea what he told me was a problem but I had noticed it. He had found a completely unrelated problem that I had no idea could cause a safety issue. As soon as he told me and I knew what he was describing was a problem it was not something to ignore. Had to get a second ride to pick up my car after it was fully repaired.

We came to hillsdale college to visit our daughter and there was a bad snow storm and we got stuck. We tried to get out and blew a radiator hose. We contacted a towing company. Mike picked up our car and took it to his place until we figured out where to repair it in the morning. We contacted Chelsi at Parney's car care. She was so helpful and accommodating. She personally knew the tow trucker driver Mike, contacted him and worked out the details to have our car brought to the shop. The mechanic fixed our car, stayed after hours and we were back on the road within a few Hours. I would highly recommend Parney's car care. They really do care about taking care of their customers.

Only ever been here twice for car issues. And twice for uhauls. Generally rude, inconsiderate, and downright hostile. I would suggest hospitality training for some of the staff or management. Only reason I give any stars is because they have proper knowledge of there jobs and do it to great effect. I'd trust them with my vehicle 100%. But simply won't be going back personally due to poor attitudes. I am leaving my previous review up to show how my experiences have gone. I recently started going back after ownership reached out personally. I originally didn't but thought, screw it. I'll say, I have had much better experience recently. Now I exclusively use them for my oil changes. I appreciate the time and effort it took to correct my personal experience. Not something they had to do but they did!
